The Wycoff Wellness Center approach is a unique and specialized way of finding solutions for a variety of chronic health problems.  Dr. Wycoff has spent years studying different approaches to help patients obtain and maintain health and wellness in a more natural way.  We want our patients to feel better and to lead a full and healthy life.  In order for this to happen, we take time to listen to our patients, we obtain a very extensive history, use unique testing and we develop a partnership to improve your health and wellness naturally.

If these methods work so well, why don't all doctors use them?

Most physicians are trained in a very conventional manner.  They rely primarily on prescription medications to treat most medical conditions.  Dr. Wycoff's specialized approach has allowed him to incorporate unique and different diagnostic techniques to optimize your health.

Payment and Insurance Questions

Will the Wycoff Wellness Center accept my insurance?

The Wycoff Wellness Center does not participate directly with any insurance company. Our philosophy of care is to be an advocate for each of our patients.  We believe that each individual is the best person to decide whether or not he or she needs medical care, not a clerk working for an insurance company.  We strive to prevent disease and promote optimal wellness.  These types of services are not always covered by insurance companies or other third party payers.  We understand that payment at time of service is not what you may be accustomed to.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our services and payment.

What type of payment options do I have?

Payment is required at the time of service.  The Wycoff Wellness Center accepts payment in the form of cash, check, debit or credit cards.  Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted.  We have various financing options available.

Will my insurance company reimburse me?

Although the Wycoff Wellness Center does not accept insurance as payment, our services may be covered by your insurance company.  To assist you with the reimbursement process, our staff will provide you with a typical medical encounter form at each office visit.  You may submit these to your insurance company for direct reimbursement to you.

Can you give me the diagnosis codes before my visit so I can find out what my insurance company will cover?

Our care is individualized; it is unique to you, we cannot predict precisely which codes may apply to your visit.  It is our policy to provide you with the correct diagnosis codes after your visit, so you may obtain the maximum reimbursement possible.

Can I expect to obtain reimbursement for the services provided at the Wycoff Wellness Center?

It is impossible for our office to know the answer to this question.  Many of our services are reimbursed by many insurance plans.  We use standard diagnosis and treatment codes for nearly all of our professional services.  Many of our patients are reimbursed for a large portion or 100% of our professional fees.  Some of our services such as Low Dose Allergy Immunotherapy may be reimburseable.  Please contact our office manager or staff for additional details.
