Insurance

The Wycoff Wellness Center has chosen to be an advocate for your health and health care.  Because of this we do not participate with any form of insurance.  This allows our office to always choose the best treating and treatments without dealing with any type of outside party interference.

Just because we do not participate with any type of insurance, it does not mean that your insurance will not cover part of all of the costs for services performed in our office.  We will supply you with an appropriate encounter form for each visit and service you receive at the Wycoff Wellness Center.  You may elect to submit this to your insurance company with reimbursement made directly to you.  This form will have standard CPT and ICD-9 notations made and also contain the Wycoff Wellness Center’s National Practitioner’s Identification (NPI) number.

Some of the services that we provide are not billable under most insurance company’s policies.  Our office manager can help you determine what services may or may not be covered.

You may also want to explore your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Medical Savings Accounts as well as your Flexible Spending Accounts for potential reimbursement.  We have found that most of our services and supplements may quality for reimbursement under these accounts.  The specifics of such are up to you to find out and ultimately are between you and your insurance carrier.

Many of the functional medicine testing that we may suggest may also be covered in part or in total by your insurance.  Please contact any member of our staff to help you understand the best choices for your individual needs.

We accept cash, check and credit card payment at the time of service.  We do have payment options available through Care Credit.  Please contact any of our staff for more details about these programs.

Our professional services will be tailored to your individual needs.  Please find below a sampling of some of our typical fees:

• Initial visit (consultation) and follow up visit
  • Two one-hour visits with Dr. Wycoff
  • Costs - $750.00
• Ultraviolet blood irradiation treatments*
  • $150.00 per treatment
  • Purchase a package of 5 treatments for $600.00
• Low Dose Allergy (LDA) Immunotherapy*
  • $150.00 for first injection/visit
  • $25.00 for additional injections/visit
• Colon hydrotherapy
  • $75.00 per treatment session
• Ionic cleanse foot bath treatments
  • $40.00 per treatment
  • Home rental available - $300.00/month
• Infrared Sauna treatments
  • $15.00 to $30.00 ($1.00 per minute of treatment)
• Intravenous (IV) nutrient/vitamin/vitamin C infusions*
  • Varies by infusion
  • $79.00 to $150.00 depending on specific infusion
• Intravenous EDTA chelation
  • $99.00 per infusion
