The Wycoff Wellness Center offers the Lipoprotein Particle Profile Plus (LPP+) test - a unique fasting blood test from SpectraCell Laboratories. This fasting "state of the art" blood test is an advanced method to accurately assesses your risk for heart disease by measuring the size/density and numbers of your LDL (bad cholesterol) and HDL (good cholesterol) lipoprotein particles. Having a detailed Lipoprotein Particle Profile done will give your health care provider the information needed to make more effective treatment decisions to reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke or peripheral vascular disease.

You may want to consider LPP testing if you have any of the following risk factors for heart or vascular disease:

Family history of heart disease or diabetes

$60.00 - for patients who have any type of insurance (except Medicare/Medicaid)
$320.00 - for patients who are cash paying or have Medicaid insurance.
$0.00 - no charge for Medicare patients
