Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silica, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).   
 
Recommendations: Three tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
